StarZone ("us", "we", or "our") operates the LunaBeats Discord bot (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

• Discord User IDs: We store your Discord User ID when you interact with the bot, such as when requesting a song or using a command. This is necessary for bot functionality, like identifying who requested a song.
• Discord Guild (Server) IDs: When LunaBeats is added to a Discord server, we store the Guild ID. This is essential for server-specific configurations and operations.
• Server Configurations: We store server-specific settings that administrators configure for LunaBeats via commands or the dashboard. This includes, but is not limited to, custom prefixes, log channel IDs, command channel IDs, default volume, enabled/disabled modules (like automod), and automod settings (e.g., banned words, ignored channels/roles, filter settings).
• Command Usage: We may log commands used with the bot, including the User ID of the invoker, Guild ID, command name, and timestamp. This is for analytics, troubleshooting, and improving the Service.
• Content Data (Temporary): When you request LunaBeats to play a song (e.g., from YouTube or Spotify), the URL or search query you provide is processed by the bot to fetch and stream the audio. This data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored by LunaBeats beyond temporary caching for playback purposes or in transient logs for troubleshooting. We do not store the audio files themselves.
• Dashboard Interaction Data: If you use our web dashboard, we may collect standard web log information, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for analytics and security purposes. If you log in via Discord OAuth2, we will receive your Discord user information (ID, username, avatar, guilds) as provided by Discord, which is used to personalize your dashboard experience and verify permissions.

2. Use of Data

LunaBeats uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service.
• To allow server administrators to customize the bot's behavior on their server.
• To identify users for features like song requesters.
• To monitor the usage of our Service.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
• To provide customer support.
• For internal analytics and to improve the Service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Server configurations and necessary IDs are stored in a database hosted on secure servers. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

However, no internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. You should take special care in deciding what information you send to us.

4. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Server configurations are retained as long as the bot is on the server or until an administrator requests deletion or removes the bot.

You have certain data protection rights. LunaBeats aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

• Access / Update: You can access and update some of your server's configuration data through bot commands or the web dashboard.
• Deletion: Server administrators can remove the bot from their server, which will typically lead to the deletion of associated server-specific configuration data from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, subject to backup retention policies. For specific data removal requests concerning your User ID, please contact us.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.

6. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. This includes services like YouTube and Spotify for music streaming, which have their own privacy policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
